Inside Sales and Renewals Representative Fluent German
Our client currently has a requirement for an Inside Sales and Renewals Executive with native level fluency in German supporting the German, Austrian and Swiss markets. This position focus is a channel-centric sales model, and will interact with both direct end-user customers, resellers, and distributors to ensure existing customers continue their relationship with the company.
Drive Support Subscription renewal prior to expiration, in line with processes and practices set-out for the regionLiaise with Field Sales team members and channel partners, and engage directly customers, providing quotes, emphasizing value proposition and managing the sales and ordering cycleIdentify opportunities to upsell higher support levels, extend support terms and propose upgrade hardware and software for potential and existing customersMaintain accurate information in our CRM about the status of opportunities, and contribute to accurate sales forecasts to the regional Sales DirectorEnsure a positive customer experience in all your interactionsWork to aggressive revenue targets, reflecting the high importance of this region’s contribution in the company's overall EMEA revenue goalsContribute to process improvements, and regularly convey feedback from your experiences and interactions with customers, our CRM, and trends you perceive in your territorySupport the Field Sales teams with licensing and other customer queries referencing our licensing database and CRM systemsRequirements
3+ years Inside Sales experience within the high-tech industry; including experience working to quarterly revenue targets in a process-driven sales environmentExperience working within a Sales Channel in the IT market, such as with resellers, VARs, VADs, integrators, consultants, etc.Fluency in German and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in bothDemonstrated ability in recognising and acting on cross or upselling opportunitiesHighly motivated and proactive approach to work with willingness to make direct contact with customersPreferred Knowledge
Computing/network product knowledge is a plusBasic understanding of load balancing is an advantage
