Office Administrator

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Answering the phone in a professional manner
• Organising driver’s trip while out on the Continent including return loads to Ireland
• Liaise with drivers in relation to their daily schedules
• Reserve ferries and trains where required when Drivers are travelling on work
• Inputting invoices onto accounts and the inhouse software system
• Basic book-keeping duties including processing of sales and purchase invoices
• Posting of bank transactions and completion of bank rec’s
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly reports for analysis by senior management
• Other general office duties

REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous office experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication is essential
• Ability to work in a fast paced and enthusiastic team who have a strong work ethic
• Ability to work to tight deadlines when required
• Good IT, excel and Microsoft skills is essential
• Professional and highly motivated individual
