Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will join a world-class Sales team at a leading Fintech firm reinventing how the world's top companies manage their stock plans. We are looking for ambitious professionals looking to have a footprint in a hyper-growth organization to capitalize on this expanding market space. Your primary goal as an SDR will be to generate interest in the Global Shares offering with C-Suite executives resulting in scheduled meetings for our sales leaders. You will have access to leading sales technologies to increase productivity (make more money). This is a great opportunity to further develop a successful career in sales.
What you will do:
Build honest relationships and genuine rapport with potential customersUse our sales engagement platform to reach out to prospects that will benefit from the Global Shares offeringCraft email scripts, voicemail messages and social messages to maximise engagement as part of a balanced, multi-channel approachConduct high volume prospecting via phone (a minimum of 100 calls per day)Work closely and collaboratively with Sales Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategiesSchedule online product demonstrations for Sales ExecutivesGenerate and maintain expert knowledge of the Global Shares offering, the equity plan industry, competition, market happenings and trends.Meet and exceed monthly sales opportunity and meetings set goals Log and maintain all activity in Microsoft Dynamics CRM What you will have:
1-3 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environmentHave a successful track record of meeting and exceeding targetsAn honest and genuine approach to helping potential customersAbility to handle objections and demonstrate value. Cold-calling experience required.Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone Tenacious work ethic with a desire to be a top performerHighly intelligent, passionate, ambitious, and a team playerDedicated to continuous learning and building a career in salesWhat we offer:
